Shipping & Returns

Effective January 1, 2023, our standard estimated delivery time is within 3-8 business days. Some items have an extended shipping time of 5-10 business days and are indicated within the product description for those items. We have also implemented free shipping on all orders to better serve you, our customer!

All orders will be processed with standard delivery times, express shipping is not available.

While we hope you love all of your new JackJack apparel, we understand that sometimes you might just need another size or style. We offer free, easy returns within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, exchange, or a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. (Any item that we deem worn or used upon inspection, will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.)
Upon Return, exchange, or refund approval, we will provide you with a shipping label that you can print out. Use this label when returning your item within 5 days of return or exchange approval.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, earrings or gift cards.
