How long does it take to process my order?
Our team processes all orders within 2-3 business days. We know how exciting it is to get your new styles so we make your order our top priority! The standard estimated delivery time is within 2-5 business days on most orders. Some items may have an extended shipping time of 5-10 business days but those items will be noted in the product descriptions.
Do your items run true to size?
The quick answer — YES! All of our items fit true to size, unless otherwise specified in the product description. We hand measure each product and provide fit details for every style, so be sure to read the details section before buying.
What is your return policy?
While we hope you love all of your new JackJack apparel, we understand that sometimes you might need another size or style. We offer free, easy returns within 15 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. (Any item we deem worn or used upon inspection, will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.)
- Upon Return, exchange, or refund approval, we will provide you with a shipping label that you can print out. Use this label when returning your item within 5 days of return or exchange approval.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, earrings, or gift cards.

Yes, we do! We aim to provide cozy, classic and affordable styles for every body type.
Do you ship to Military APO/FPO?
Absolutely! As a veteran-owned organization we appreciate our service members living overseas and the sacrifices you make. It’s not always possible to get your favorite products shipped to you. But we’ve got your back!
